Plop Down had no history anywhere on any ledger when this file opened on Chernarus, and five hours and forty-four minutes later he became his own final entry, having outlasted every infected run-in the map threw at him and answered to none of them.
“Thirty-one maulings and not one player kill against him — the infected were the only ones who ever laid a hand on this file, and even they didn't close it.”
The record shows seven sessions of survival, thirty-one encounters with the infected, and one that came within a hair of finishing the job at sixteen bites before he shook it off and kept walking. Zero kills to his name, zero threats from other survivors logged, and a body that was, by every clinical measure, in good standing at the moment the file closed. He did not die of hunger, thirst, blood loss, or another man's aim. He simply decided the story was over and wrote the last line himself.
