Chernarus logged its fifth sombadyhalp file in twenty-four minutes, and for once the ledger showed two confirmed kills instead of the usual blank column — the record simply stops after that, no verdict entered, while something unspecified did the hunting.
“He finally did something right and the file still won't say what stopped him.”
Four prior lives produced zero kills and a standing appointment with self-inflicted death; this one broke both patterns at once, landing a shot at 126 meters and surviving an infected mauling that took ten hits and left him, by every account, running on nothing. He walked away from that. The paper cannot say what he did not walk away from — the file closes clean, no mechanism entered, no location worth naming, just a man who was being hunted and then simply wasn't anymore.
Three sessions bought him this. It is, on the numbers, the best thing sombadyhalp has ever done on any map, which is a low bar cleared by a man the record now closes for the fifth time in the same country.
