TickleMeElmo769 arrived on Sakhal with no history to speak of and, within thirty-two minutes, a fairly comprehensive one — five separate scuffles with the infected, one of them a twenty-hit marathon that left them at a documented twenty-eight percent of themselves, survived in full.
“He won the fight and lost the appointment. That's the whole review.”
None of it killed them. What killed them was the simple, unglamorous fact that nobody had fed them, and Sakhal, true to form, offered no volunteers. The body that walked away from that fight starved somewhere shortly after, having apparently mistaken surviving the bite for surviving the visit.
The ledger records no kills, no priors, and no second session — a debut and a closing notice filed under the same date. The infected, for what it's worth, have no comment; they rarely do, and this time they didn't even get credit.
