RonaldRaygun552 survived eleven separate arguments with the infected, one of which nearly went the full nineteen rounds, only to be closed out at conversational distance by a rifle in the hands of a man who introduced himself as YrJustBad.
“He walked up close enough to see the fear, which, frankly, was the least interesting part of him.”
This marks the sixth time Livonia has processed this particular face, a map the deceased once called his best work, which says less about Livonia and more about everywhere else. Thirteen lives, one confirmed kill, and a career-long habit of losing fights to wildlife finally gave way to something novel: losing a fight to a person, at two meters, with an SCR 17 doing the talking. Progress, of a sort.
The infected had their chances and blew every one of them. YrJustBad did not blow his.
